On-Campus Check in & Registration   
Please visit the Information & Welcome Tent at the top of hill upon arrival and throughout the weekend.  We will direct you to on campus housing, parking and registration, and answer any questions you may have.

Registration will occur in Armour Academic Center.        ​
On-Campus Housing
If you have mobility needs, please alert the Advancement office. Every effort will be made to house you with your classmates on campus. Each room will have basic amenities: a twin bed(s), sheets, blanket, pillow, and two towels. Please bring ALL toiletries - soaps and shampoos are NOT provided.  Remember — this is dorm living! 

In the dorms, doors only lock from the inside so please leave your valuables at home or lock them in your car.

Parking
Please park in the lot behind Armour Academic Center. You may unload your car at the dorm, but cannot park there. Faculty will be around to help transport you back via golf cart!
Attire
Weekend Dress is casual. The 50th Dinner on Friday night is classroom dress and Saturday night is cocktail attire. Plan your attire based on the activities you expect to participate in and be sure to check the weather forecast before you leave for the weekend.    
Meals/Snacks/Food Delivery
Meals are provided Friday evening through Sunday morning.  Between meals, snacks and drinks will be provided in Armstrong Dining Hall. For those staying on campus, snacks and water will be available in the dorms.

If you plan to order delivery from an off campus vendor, you must notify security at 860-916-1657 and alert them that you are expecting a delivery.  ​
Drugs and Alcohol Policy
No drugs or kegs are permitted on campus.        ​

Pets
​Please leave your furry friends at home unless they are registered service dogs.
Shuttle Service
Shuttle service will be provided on Friday and Saturday evenings.
